Bath and Body Works! It's super cheap and there are always sales and coupons/promotions you can find online. Sometimes they give away free lotions or scents if you like them on facebook.
If you have a face2body shop near you then I suggest you check out the perfumes in there! They range from about ￡3 to ￡10 but they smell really good and last a long time! :)

bath &body works perfumes. try moonlight it smells like fresh powder. or warm vanilla sugar smells like the name..so many others check their web actually even their body butter can do the job. sometimes i slab some on my clothes and it works fine :D they have a lot of discounts too so its totally worth it
as your 13 I would go with Taylor Swift perfume. any kind of hers is smelling good and not to expensive. your can buy it at shopper walmart almost anywhere
