well you have some options just searching for either "goth blouse" or "victorian blouse" etc. on ebay (anything with frills or laces should work): depends on what style of blouse you're looking for too; the ones from Asia can be very costumy... and if you want some pastel colors, I see lilac is a common color amongst the whites/blacks: there are pink ones as well:
When you do a search, use terms like "lace cuffs" because that will turn up long sleeved blouses with lace accents in a sort of Victorian style. Good luck!! : }
