I would shop at Etsy (an online shop) for vintage stuff If you want the regular teen look, go to the mainstream shops, such as Forever 21, H&M, Charlotte Russe, Rue 21... etc. If you want the chilled-back, hipster look, try Target (Men's section has great graphic tees!!!) Urban Outfitters, Pacsun For shoes, if you're looking for sneakers, try Zumiez, Vans, Nike, Adidas, etc
