Save the image to your desktop or phone. On a desktop, go to google images and press the camera icon, this will allow you to upload that image and search it. The results should come up and you'll find the model somewhere. On a mobile, go on google chrome, hold down the image and press search by image. It does the same thing. I would do it for you but I don't have google chrome and my pc and Mac are both broken. Good luck!
