I'm not a fan of black and red often (although they do go nicely ''sometimes'')but to answer your question I would go with light nude suede heels so that all the attention doesn't go to the black on your feet as it's a harsh colour, but nude brings more focus on your red dress and accessories. Or even a pair of creamy white strappy heels which will look gorge, alternatively if white is not ur cup of tea, silver is also a good choice and depending on how glam you want to look, then a few diamante on the silver strappy heels will look gorgeous.

depends what of dress u wearing if u want fancy luks wear offwhite or grey wud do shoe,if u want a gentle luks black luks good.
