I like to wear high-low tops with leggings. They come in sleeveless, short sleeve, three-quarter sleeve, and long sleeve. Rue 21 and Vanity have some cute ones. I think you could do any color as long as it is plain (white, pink, yellow, red, or purple). I would wear either black sandals or black combat boots.
Honestly I would stay monochrome because there's so much going on with the print Black Sweater/ Black or white crop top Black or white converse Black or white vans Black or white dr martens 1460s The sweater could totally have some design on it if you wanted more "pizazz" like studs or something. **EDIT you could definitely wear a denim chambray shirt and if your feeling even more funky, you could do a plain white tee with red flannel wrapped around your waist. If you do the denim chambray shirt, you could pretty much wear any color shoe, but I would stay in neutral colors

Wear a white top and white shoes. For the shoes you can wear white sandals and for the shirt you should wear a white crop top or v neck.
