Tanzanite, topaz, a blue green emerald, quartz or tourmaline. The best way to find out would be to take it to a jeweler and have it identified.

My guess is London blue topaz.

It's not a sapphire; I can tell cuz that is my birthstone. It looks to be either a quartz or an aqua colored emerald. But to know for sure, you'd have to take it back because there are a lot of gems that look the same
