She tells me to buy "grandma panties" fir full coverage but they are ugly! I wear Medium sized boy shorts but it fits me a little bit below half my butt, but not full coverage. Well id try to find a longer boy short or you can try thongs of you find other panties too constricting. You can always try a normal Bikini cut style that look larger in the back. With your hips being small it seems like it may be hard to find, Sorry hun, you'll have to keep looking.
