I would personally use a dark red, almost a burgundy. But of course, nude colors always go well. I wouldn't use gold or silver, as you already have gold in your dress and silver wouldn't match.

I think a French manicure would go well with the description of your dress, and it would continue to go with many other outfits in your wardrobe!
I think a bold red would look good. Any color would go with it though as it's black and white :)
