There's a local fair I'll be going to this weekend, and I really want to wear a blue spaghetti strap tank top and cute denim shorts, but it's going to be 70 degrees, maybe lower. Is that too cool to wear those? (It's usually in the 90's here so I'm used to high heat) Also, flip-flops or sandals aren't allowed on rides so what shoes would I wear with the outfit? The tank top would be fine with jeans, but it would be too cold with the shorts. You could take along a hoodie in case you get too cold. The high-top sneakers would be fine. Another option would be flats.
