just go with half size smaller than your Nike Run. Nike Dunk are bigger and having extra cushioning space in it. so i according to me prefer little lesser than your actual size. If still you are in confusion . then just go to some expert. I regularly brought my own Nike footwear from one online store and they provide very good customer service. Nike has a weird sizing system. I'm like a Women's 10 in Nike, but like a 9ish in vans. I would go to a store and just try on Nike's for sizing. Then based on that, you can order them online.
If you know you are a size 9 then get a 9. Maybe 8 1/2 if you like your shoes tight.
