Something nice: meaning a nice top and pants (or a skirt) or even a dress. Even if it's going to be sunny and very warm, you don't want to look like you just threw something on. It's a special occasion and some people actually wear suits to graduation ceremonies. Obviously you don't have to, but wear something that you may wear to a nice dinner or gathering, or even to church (or whatever house of worship).
