Bought these skinny jeans from Forever 21 because I thought they were cute, then realized I had nothing to wear them with... I honestly have no idea what sort of shirt I'd pair with them. oooooohhh those are pretty cute i think that they would look awsome with like a white lace top. hope i helped :) that would look super cute :)

any black shirt would look nice, or white/off white.. peplum tees or collared shirts. since the pants are more 'fancy' I wouldn't wear with t-shirt.

Cut the sleeves out of a long white cotton, button down shirt, at the arm seam side. Whatever color ribbed tank you like under it. Belt around the white shirt hanging at the hip, and a small shoulder strap purse..this will balance out the design of the pants more, into not being too much for you. I like the color of them too.

I'm not sure. I could better tell if you posted a picture with the pants on.

A plan black or white v-neck short sleeve shirt would look fine, then wear a scarf.
