An inseam measures the length of a pant leg. I'm 5'5 and I noticed when I wear pants with a 31" inseam they are long enough when I'm standing and too short when I sit down so I look for pants with a 32" inseam and it makes a difference. Since you're 5'11 I would guess your ideal inseam length would be about 37" or 38". Sometimes pants in stores will say the inseam measurement on the tag. Or if you can shop online delias.com is a good website because they sort their jeans by inseam length.

Guess may fit you, levis have lots of different sizes, brands like Alexander Mcqueen, Vivienne Westwood would likely have things for you, but those are expensive. Guess and Levis i think are adequate.
