They actually sell these things that are like, a little piece of a camisole that clips onto low-necked shirts. They're like, "clip-on camisole inserts" or something like that. I saw them the other day at my local Ross. Good luck!

Kind of strange you worry about the neckline but it will hardly cover you asss but take it and go to a fabric shop to match. Given the length I would not worry bout the top.
