eBay would be your very best bet. There are tons of cases out there that are cheap and inexpensive and if you're looking for just a plain white one, then go to eBay. And FYI to the people asking 'why' they'd want a plain one, it's probably because they'd like to decorate it themselves. A lot of manufactures will send out bulks of white and clear cases to people who make a living by crafting cases. They make for wonderful gifts and are fun overall to make as well :)
