Heels are always nice especially if the leggings are black. It's really hot in Las Vegas right now but if you're somewhere cold and wearing a sweater then knee high boots with a nice heel also look good.
Boots, preferably something with fringe, depending on the sweater. Any boot but Uggs. (Uggs are so out, they are so terrible, they make even the best outfit look trashy.)

honestly, anything goes with leggings! thats the beauty of them!! but with a sweater, id say a pair of uggs would match nicely, or depending on the casualty of the sweater, a pair of heels would match quiet well too.
