It's not slutty it just looks bad. i'm convinced white bras are absolutely useless what you need to wear under ANY light-colored/sheer tops like that is a bra that matches your skintone. if you're light-skinned, it's usually one of the "nude" ones. i've heard that black or brown works better on those with darker skin.

Depending on how see through the shirt is, it could be. I would recommend that instead you wear a spaghetti strap or tank-top under the shirt. Or, because it'll be hot, you could wear a fun, colorful sport bra. People will be able to see it but it'll provide more coverage and therefore look a little less 'slutty.'
