I would suggest just wearing bathing suit bottoms under your shorts, that way is they show people won't say anything
Your underwear will show, nothing you can do about that. Wear a bikini bottom instead of underwear, ir just wear a suit under you clothes and you will be fine.
Even if you wear skin colored underwear, it will probably show through a little...I would try a thong that's skin colored!
You should either wear white or your skin colour so that it is most likely to not show. You may want to test it out beforehand.

No white shorts unless you want your butt to be showing. Stick to dark colors that way when they're wet, it won't look like you peed your pants.
