The only places I know of who sell that size are American Eagle and Hollister (online). I wear Slim Jeans or Skinny Jeans and can never find my size except these two places. Lots of places do, I wear the same size or 32 leg and don't usually have a hard time finding them. Like Dude said Penney's, Kohls always has them. In addition to Pac Sun (carry Levi's and Bull Head. I like Bull Head, but they fit bigger then Levi's do.) I can also always find that size at Hot Topic too. Look here:

Try looking at Kohl's or Penney's for Levi's. You might want to check out skate/surf brands like Krew, Hurley or DC. Check at skate shops. Pac Sun may sell may sell Bullhead in that size.
