Yes you can fix it, get some "stich witchery" put it on the wrong side of dress, put the toren edges together very carefully and then iron the stich witchiery on it, just like it tells you to. and yes you can wash it too it will hold forever - - get at a hobby shop, lol and Paw try and stay off the fence =)
